Kitchen Duty & Catering

After service snacks department plays an important role in the churchas it pro- vides light refreshments to people after the service,while at the same time en- courages fellowship amongst people.

Food draws people - where there is food (especially yummy food), people will flock! This enables opportunities to strike up conversations with people, especially those visiting our church. We are able to demonstrate hospitality and generosity, and provide temporary relief from hunger pangs! Anyone can be involved, especially if you love cooking! We need you on the team! See it as a way of blessing the church with your hands when you cook or prepare food for the church. 

Hope Cafe

The café is an important arm of Sunday service. Many people enjoy a coffee or other hot drink, and the café is a place where they can not only be served, but it’s an opportunity for us to relate to them with acceptance and friendliness as they get their morning/afternoon refreshment.

We try and remember people’s orders from week to week so they feel special. We love to smile and we strive to make the best warm/cold drinks we can. We ensure the café looks presentable and welcoming at all times.
